- Dealing with my emotional attachment to food
- Learning to say "no"
- Limit bread, pasta & sugar - mainly bad carbs
- Keeping calories within the quota
- Exercising 6 days per week (including strength work)
- Do all my physio exercises regularly

Running/fitness goal = Burnie 10km in under 55 minutes

- Limit bread, pasta and sugar - bad ones
- Eating in moderation
- Sticking to my maintenance calorie quota
- Exercising 6 days per week (core/strength training two days per week)
Goal weight - 60kg (perhaps I am dreaming, but you have top have a dream...)

Running/fitness goal = Not sure, never thought I would run a half marathon again, never say never...

- Following the 20 week half marathon training plan
- Eating in moderation
- Sticking to my maintenance calorie quota
- Exercising 5 days per week (core/strength training two days per week)
