- Just about finished cleaning out the pantry, although there was not much I needed to get rid of.

- Got my meal plan and shopping sorted
- Exercise plan done
- Self talk and headspace positive I can do this
I am heading out for an 8km run now. Cardio spin/boxing 6am tomorrow morning.
