Nothing has really changed but...

I'm back! My weight has remained the same, so not good, but not bad either! I am still training and getting injured!

This is about to change - I have an appointment with a personal trainer and a physio again tomorrow to get it sorted.

I am doing the Cadbury Half marathon on the 8 January 2012, even though I feel a little under prepared due to my piriformis syndrome (hip area), I am OK to do it and maybe just sneak under my Melbourne half marathon time. Under 2.20 and I would be stoked.

Holidays 23 December to 4 January, but I am planning on running during the holidays every other day. After the half on the 8 January I would like to ramp it up. Weights and core work would be helpful to prevent injury.

I have asked Santa for a new bike and new tennis racquet, hope he is obliging!
