On a journey of self discovery blah blah to try to work out why I eat when I am bored, alone, emotional...for any other reason than hunger. Food is always a focus and I want that to change!

I need to lose 10-12kg. Part of my problem is the more I exercise, the more I think I can eat. ENOUGH ALREADY! I can do this...

I am happily married with a supportive, intense husband and a wonderful, funny, intelligent son (he gets that from me!)
