My Goals

By 30 August 2013

Mini goal weight = 71kg
Waist measurement - under 95cm
Running/fitness goal = running 3 days a week injury free!
I will achieve this by:
  • Dealing with my emotional attachment to food
  • Learning to say "no"
  • Limit bread, pasta & sugar - mainly bad carbs
  • Keeping calories within the quota
  • Exercising 6 days per week (including strength work)
  • Do all my physio exercises regularly

By 30 October 2013

Mini goal weight = 62kg
Waist measurement - under 88cm
Running/fitness goal = Burnie 10km in under 55 minutes
I will achieve this by:
  • Dealing with my emotional attachment to food
  • Limit bread, pasta and sugar - bad ones
  • Eating in moderation
  • Sticking to my maintenance calorie quota
  • Exercising 6 days per week (core/strength training two days per week)

By 31 December 2013

Goal weight - 60kg (perhaps I am dreaming, but you have top have a dream...)
Waist measurement - under 80cm
Running/fitness goal = Not sure, never thought I would run a half marathon again, never say never...
Another goal = Injury free!

I will achieve this by:
  • Following the 20 week half marathon training plan
  • Eating in moderation
  • Sticking to my maintenance calorie quota
  • Exercising 5 days per week (core/strength training two days per week)
