A surprise loss!

Can't believe I have lost 1.2kg this week! I am really surprised, but happy! This loss has given me some renewed motivation to get back on track with my eating. I know my exercise has been pretty good, that may have saved me.

My eating over the last two weeks or so has not been great at all. Lots of carbs, but not the good kind!

Six and a half weeks - can I get to 65kgs??????? I think I have just set myself a challenge (again).

I CAN DO THIS!!!
